R625 Rig

Featured Project
Pilot Street, Belfast

We have started work on a project with Gilbert Ash to create the foundations for James Clow Building, a new residential development in Pilot Street, Belfast.
The scheme will see approximately 410 CFA bearing piles of 600mm diameter and a further 34 piles of 750mm diameter installed to depths of between 24m and 26m. In addition, some 70m of driven sheet piles will be installed. The works will be undertaken using our Soilmec R625 CFA rig alongside a Cassagrande CFA 26 rig which has been hired for the project. During the eight-week contract period, four static load tests and 100% integrity testing will be carried out together with continuous vibration monitoring.
